User Experience

Designing the user experience

Design driven by users needs.

UX at Jadu Creative is grounded in a user first, accessible approach to design. By taking a holistic view of you and your clients, and putting people first, we create robust web solutions that deliver award-winning user experiences.

Through user-centred design, we can see how users interact with your product and gain an understanding of any problems or frustrations they face. We adopt this approach throughout our design process, involving real users to test and evaluate concepts and prototypes, so that every step of the way we are learning from your users and getting valuable user-centred data.

Designer wire framing a website

UX is much more than design alone - it’s a skill set that brings together data-driven insights, human behavior, user objectives, technology, brand, and creative direction.

We run a range of different workshop activities for the research and design of your project, from mapping out sitemaps and processes to working out user stories and journeys for example. We can tailor our workshops to your priorities and needs. Our experienced consultants can run sessions with stakeholders from any level of your organisation or involve you in sessions with real users.

Design concepts

Our designs are based on a foundation of UX research and tailored to your project. We can look at every aspect of your digital solutions design; sitemaps and information architecture for the structure, wireframes and audits for the content and high fidelity visual designs for look and feel.
